Data Deletion Request
Your right to data deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of any personal data that Sinapsio holds about you. This includes data collected through WhatsApp interactions, phone calls, or any other channel powered by Sinapsio's AI agents.
How to request deletion
Send an email to sinapsio.ia@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- Your full name
- The phone number or email address associated with your data
- A brief description of the data you want deleted (e.g., call recordings, WhatsApp messages, contact information)
We will:
- Acknowledge your request within 5 business days
- Complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving your request
- Send you a confirmation email once deletion is complete
If you are a Sinapsio business customer
You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the dashboard: go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently remove your agents, call history, contacts, and all configuration data. Alternatively, contact us at the email above.
What data gets deleted
Upon a verified deletion request, we will remove:
- Call recordings and transcripts
- WhatsApp conversation history
- Contact information (name, phone, email)
- Any appointment or booking data
- Account credentials (for business customers)
Note: We may retain anonymized, non-identifiable data for statistical purposes, and some data may be retained longer if required by law or for fraud prevention.
